TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To be eligible for the Swine Inner Circle Rewards Program, producers must complete in full our registration process and accept the Terms and Conditions: 

You must be registered in the Swine Inner Circle Rewards Program to be eligible to participate.
Rewards are provided on eligible products purchased in Canada between January 1^st and December 31^st of the current calendar year.
The eligible start date will be the month of your registration.
Merck Animal Health reserves the right to modify or terminate the Swine Inner Circle Rewards Program on 30 days’ notice to registrants. Registrants will have 30 days after the issuance of the notice to redeem rewards.
The Swine Inner Circle Rewards Program is only available to Canadian swine producers. Merck Animal Health may, at its sole discretion, determine if the program is exceptionally available to other customer groups.
Rewards are not transferable. Proof of purchase must be submitted by February 28^th of the calendar year following the calendar year during which purchases were made, after which proof of purchase can no longer be submitted.
Reward cheques below $500 will not be issued.
Payments are made biannually (two times a year):
- First payment: Proof of purchase must be received by August 31^st of the calendar year of purchase.
- Second payment: Proof of purchase must be received by February 28^th of the calendar year following the calendar year during which the purchases were made.
